Yemeni Red Crescent hails Iran’s humanitarian aid

TEHRAN, Apr. 07 (MNA) – The head of Yemeni Red Crescent Society has sent a letter of appreciation to Iran’s Red Crescent Society for humanitarian aid package sent to Yemen.

The letter was addressed to Mr. Amir Mohsen Ziaei and expressed gratitude for ‘the Society’s humanitarian actions in sending the aid package.’

In his letter, Mohammad Ahmed al-Kabab, the head of Yemeni Red Crescent Society hailed Iran’s Red Crescent Society as one of the most influential partners for the Red Cross and Red Crescent organizations which provided ‘spiritual support necessary for the success of the humanitarian mission of the Yemeni organization,’ and appreciated the key role of aids sent by Iranian Red Crescent Society in bringing a relief for the suffering and pains of Yemeni citizens fallen victim to the crisis.

The letter concludes with expressing hopes that cooperation and partnership between Iranian and Yemeni Societies would continue to higher levels.
